Latest Internet Threats

YouTube Threat: You may get the mail, claiming to be the YouTube team. Be careful with the mail, they're just trying to infect you with a trojan or a virus.

Adobe PDF: There's a threat that exists for users filling certain forms in PDF file. It can duplicate your entire temp folder and slow down your system. A new update available, however fixes this. Please also delete the XFA file "%temp%\file.dll"

Fake Apps: People always try to cash in on new popular apps like Instagram, Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja etc., by posting fake apps to the store and getting people to download. Always check the developers name.

Courier Scam: If you buy something online, you might get couriers. This scam sends you an email saying that your parcel has been delivered to your post office and that you should go pick it up. You will also be asked to download a postal receipt which is not really a receipt but a trojan or some virus.

Internet is a great place, but try to stay safe online.
